The 'Swimming Pool' Crawl Space
Homeowner discovered 6 inches of standing water under their home during routine inspection. The smell had started seeping into the master bedroom.
We pumped out 2,000 gallons of water, installed a Triple-Safe sump pump system, and fully encapsulated the space with a 20-mil vapor barrier.
The home is now 100% dry. Humidity dropped from 90% to 45%.
Settling Foundation in Meridian
Large stair-step cracks appeared in the exterior brick and the front door wouldn't latch. The NW corner had sunk 2.5 inches.
